I've pretty much always wanted to make a Tobi costume because he's such a goofball, and because I wanted to make that mask :D which was the hardest part of the costume. I chose to do pre-Akatsuki version because I really don't like Akatsuki cloaks. I think this is the first costume in which I made a pair of pants and a shirt. I needed a really high turtle-neck in the same color as the pants, so I figured I'd just make my own instead of trying to match shades of black. I ended up using 4 types of black cloth, 3 of which I already had, yay for scraps!
